Kyiv National Circus is nearly 50 years old. It hosted visitors in 1961. Its modern building seats 2,100 spectators.
This is the largest domed building in Kyiv. The circus has a great variety of programs involving exotic animals such as crocodiles, porcupines, tigers, lions, leopards, camels and others.
The circus also has its own ballet troupe, which is considered to be one of the finest collectives in this field. The presentation of a brand new program has already taken place. It’s awfully Interesting! Scaring! Funny! Cheerful! Which runes from 24 September to 12 December 2010. For the first time in the arena of the Kyiv circus came there are twenty crocodiles at once. The clowns Oleg and Konstantin Gerasimenko, unlike most of their colleagues will not irritate you with wriggling as they are natural and charming.
The National Circus of Ukraine has not only public, but also worldwide recognition. The brilliant artists have always performed and will perform at its arena. Their names are immortal and cast-in-stone for eternity in the glorious world history of circus arts.
It is a kind of experimental basis, in the depths of which the universally significant ideas of thematic programs, attractions and shows are born.
