A branch of the Russian studio ceramic floristics «Fleur-Group»is opening in Kiev; it has been operating since 2006. Now, anyone can enroll in a course and learn the tricks of ceramic flower arrangement.

Masters of the schools teach the author’s technique of creating ceramic flowers; due to it you will learn to create airy flowers that will not yield to natural ones, except for the fact that they will gladden the eye for much longer. Each flower, each petal, each stem is a unique and unrepeatable; it is unique in its kind.

On term «Ceramic floristics “:
Ceramic floristics is one of floristic art, which involves the creation of realistic flowers of polymer clay “Fleur”, which are further converted into the unusual floristic composition.

This “young” art, which is just 15 years old, appeared in Japan. The composition of ceramic flower arrangement is not possible without understanding the principles of working with colour, texture and composition. To create flowers out of polymer clay is very simple; it is pleasant to the touch, plastic and does not require heat treatment.

PROGRAM COURSE:
Teaching of this unusual trend in floristics is based on course consisting of several stages:

A Program:
Stage 1 – studying of properties of polymer clay, creating of simple elements and forms. Creating of such flowers as: bluebell, daisy, violet, lilac and many others.
Stage 2 – studying the properties of colours and colour combinations. Creating flowers using mixing of clay and colour. Making dandelion flowers.
Stage 3 – working with the textures, including texture “muscari”.
Stage 4 – creating a composition of snowdrops.
Stage 5 – creating a composition of tulip.
Stage 6 – creating poppy. Modelling pieces for rose.
Stage 7- studying the structure and texture of rose petals. Creating a bud of queen of flowers – a rose.
Stage 8. Completion of a rose and the creation of floral composition. Form the spines and create realistic colour of flowers.
